PEB Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver PEB projects as per schedules agreed with clients, ensuring quality and timely completion. Respond promptly to client queries related to delivery schedules, RFIs, change orders, escalations, and technical assistance. Ensure project processes and standards are strictly followed by the team, resulting in highquality deliverables. Plan and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals within timelines. Conduct project progress reviews, team meetings, and ensure alignment of tasks with delivery requirements. Provide technical guidance and training to team members to meet project specifications. Collaborate with senior checkers, modelers, and other stakeholders to review job schedules and resolve operational/technical issues on a day-to-day basis. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Maintain strong coordination with fabrication and erection teams to align deliverables with shop and site requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10+ years of experience in steel detailing, preferably with exposure to PEB structures, Tekla Structures, and AISC standards. Strong knowledge of both structural and miscellaneous steel. Proven ability to interpret contract drawings and align outputs with fabricator/shop requirements. In-depth understanding of PEB fabrication, erection methods, and project execution workflows. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced project environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams. Strong communication and client-handling skills.
