Job Title: Production Manager PEB Steel Fabrication Location: Vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area, Tumku, Karnataka Experience: 510 years in Steel Structures / PEB Fabrication Company: Karthik Roofings & Structurals Pvt Ltd Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) fabrication unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in steel structure fabrication and a strong background in production planning, team handling, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee daily fabrication activities as per project timelines. Supervise cutting, welding, drilling, painting, and assembly processes. Manage and lead the production team to achieve productivity and quality targets. Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (WPS, drawings). Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production reports. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of PEB/steel fabrication processes. Ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings. Experience with CNC machines and fabrication shop equipment. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of production tracking tools (Excel/ERP).
