Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily fabrication activities as per project timelines.
Supervise cutting, welding, drilling, painting, and assembly processes.
Manage and lead the production team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (WPS, drawings).
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production reports.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of PEB/steel fabrication processes.
Ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings.
Experience with CNC machines and fabrication shop equipment.
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of production tracking tools (Excel/ERP).

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
510 years of relevant experience in PEB or heavy steel fabrication
