Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing and indexing policy documents efficiently. Utilize your expertise in MS Excel to ensure accurate data management and contribute to the seamless operation of our policy servicing department. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers a night shift work model from our office.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize policy documents to ensure efficient indexing and retrieval.
Utilize MS Excel to maintain accurate records and perform data analysis for policy servicing.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve document management systems.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations in policy servicing tasks.
Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors regarding policy document status.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to policy documentation.
Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through effective policy management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in policy servicing.
