Job Description

The Relationship Manager - Wealth will focus on acquiring and servicing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with investible wealth ranging between 1 crore and 5 crore. The role involves advising clients on third-party wealth products such as Mutual Funds (MF), Insurance, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and other investment solutions. Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through tailored investment strategies, while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition : Identify and onboard HNWIs with investible wealth of 1 crore to 5 crore. Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide personalized investment advice based on clients financial goals and risk appetite. Product Sales : Promote and sell third-party wealth products, including MF, Insurance, AIF, PMS, and other investment offerings. Ensure cross-selling and up-selling opportunities are maximized within the client base. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches. Share insights and strategies with clients to enable informed decision-making. Compliance and Governance : Ensure all client interactions and sales processes adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions. Performance and Targets : Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization. Actively contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the wealth business. Qualifications and Experience Educational Background : Minimum: Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: MBA in Marketing/Finance or equivalent qualification.
