Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for third-party wealth products, aligned with organizational goals. Build and manage the P&L for the wealth segment, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are achieved. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team comprising Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs). Drive team performance through clear goal setting, coaching, and regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team. Client Acquisition and Servicing : Oversee the acquisition and servicing of HNWIs with investible wealth of 1 crore to 5 crore. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized financial advisory and relationship management. Product Sales and Distribution : Drive sales of third-party investment products, including MF, Insurance, AIF, PMS, etc. Collaborate with product teams to identify and introduce innovative investment solutions for clients. Regulatory and Compliance : Ensure all sales processes and client interactions adhere to regulatory guidelines. Maintain high standards of ethical selling practices and compliance. Market Analysis and Business Development : Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the wealth management ecosystem.
