📍 Location: New Delhi (Head Office – In-house)🏢 Industry: Pharmaceutical (PCD / Franchise Model)💰 CTC: Performance-based (as per interview)🔑 Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Coordinator who will act as the backbone of our PCD business operations. The role involves end-to-end coordination between franchise partners, sales, production, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth business execution.✨ Key Responsibilities🔹 Franchise & Lead Management• Handle PCD franchise inquiries via calls, emails & online portals (IndiaMART, etc.)• Share company profile, product list & price list with potential distributors• Manage and monitor monopoly rights to avoid territory overlap🔹 Order Processing & Logistics Coordination• Receive and process franchise orders accurately• Check stock availability and ensure timely dispatch• Coordinate with accounts for PI & tax invoice generation• Track shipments with transporters and update distributors🔹 Sales Support & Documentation• Ensure dispatch of promotional materials (visual aids, samples, LBLs, catch covers)• Maintain and update CRM data (distributor details, purchase history, DL/GST records)🔹 Distributor Relationship Management• Follow up on outstanding payments• Handle complaints related to short supply, damage, or quality issues• Coordinate with QC and internal teams for quick resolution🎯 Candidate Profile🎓 Education: B.Pharma / B.Sc / B.Com (Preferred)📊 Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma Sales Coordination / Operations💻 Skills: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ERP/CRM knowledge🗣 Communication: Strong English & regional language skills🧠 Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, patient, proactive📩 Interested candidates can apply or share their CV on hr.curetonbiotech@gmail.com#Hiring #PCDPharma #PharmaJobs #SalesCoordinator #PharmaCareers #PCDFranchise #PharmaceuticalIndustry #JobsInDelhi #LinkedInHiring
