PCB Design & Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced PCB Test and Design Engineer to lead testing, troubleshooting, and validation of complex electronic assemblies used in defense applications such as RADAR and secure communication systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF/Microwave PCB technologies and hands-on proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools. Kindly apply accordingly.

Location: Gurgaon / Manesar, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Testing & Validation:
• Perform functional and parametric testing of Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, and RF/Microwave PCB Assemblies
• Work with SMD, BGA, RFSOC components in high-reliability environments
• Validate performance of PCBs used in RADAR, secure communication, and other defense-grade systems
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
• Troubleshoot Printed Wiring Assemblies (PWAs) down to component level
• Use instruments such as:
• Digital Multimeters
• Oscilloscopes
• Logic Analyzers
• Spectrum Analyzers
• Power Meters
• Pulse Generators
• Programming & Fault Analysis:
• Program embedded flash memory
• Perform fault diagnosis using JTAG-based diagnostic tools and testers
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed test reports, failure analysis logs, and corrective action records
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve issues and improve test coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in PCB testing and design
• Strong understanding of defense electronics standards and reliability protocols
• Familiarity with IPC standards, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal analysis
• Experience with RF simulation tools and PCB layout software is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
