Job Description: As a Tier 1 Shared Services Generalist, you play a crucial role in being the initial point of contact for employee inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include providing top-notch support to employees by resolving various HR-related questions, handling administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for you to advance your career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate the position requisition process in the Company's applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate entries and monitoring for approval and publication. - Enter and maintain precise employee data updates in relevant systems, including onboarding, leave(s) of absence, changes, and terminations. - Maintain employee personnel records in compliance with country regulations. - Respond promptly to requests from authorities and other relevant parties. - Administer and track benefit and incentive programs such as fitness reimbursement, applicable bonuses, and spot bonuses to ensure timely and accurate execution. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. - 2 years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, or a related field. - Experience with HR systems, case management tools, or ticketing systems is a plus. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Quality control mindset, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in work. - Dependability in consistently being at work and on time, following instructions, and seeking feedback for improvement. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong oral and written English skills required; knowledge of 1 or 2 additional languages preferred.,
