Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, administering employee compensation structures, and overseeing benefits programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
1. Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions.
Verify salary data, allowances, reimbursements, and incentives.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
