What would you do?
"Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, payroll admin, input file preparation, test run and reconcilation for multiple countries under EMEA & APACEmployee Services - More into query/case managementProcess of examining data and presenting findings in a structured format. Analysis involves the examination of information to uncover patterns, trends, insights, or relationships. Reporting, on the other hand, involves communicating the results of the analysis through organized and clear documentation, often in the form of reports or present"Payroll involves managing and overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, from input submission to employee payout, with the goal of ensuring accurate and timely employee and statutory payments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong stakeholder managementDistribute employees pay accurately and on time through chosen channels such as banks and execute the distribution of earnings statements either manually through pay slips or electronically through company portals.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum one to two (3-5) years of professional HR experience, with a focus in HR data administrationon Success factors is preferred.Experience working in shared services environment desirable.Experience working with solution center technology (e.g., case management) or HR systems and workintake system like ServiceNow will be preferable.Strong analytical skills, attention to details.Strong communication skills written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to focus on customer service. Experience working with customers across different geographies will be an added advantage
  • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate or PostgraduateEXP - 3 - 5 yearsAbility to practice good judgement and strong decision making skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; acts in an honest and professional manner. Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Ability to prioritize and multitask."

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • "employee lifecycle events for India and Rest of asia regions.Resolving the HR requests/cases inservicenow by adhering the HR SOPs/process steps.Process pay changes, including promotions / demotions and ad hoc wage / salary changes.Share the inputs to payroll team for any payroll related transactions.Support in Annual pay planning by coordinating cross functional team.Review process related documentation and update the concerned team. Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is enteredaccurately.Resolve errors related to job or employee payroll information.Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors. Coordinate data entry into third party systems where not automated. Maintain employee files and records to meet recordkeeping requirements. Will be working on various processes and domains across different geographies. Assist in testing HRIS/HRMS upgrades and new system functionality. May cross train in other areas and “fill in” for administrative responsibilities during temporary absencesor during periods of heavy workload.Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs andpositions, and compensation and pay administration.Communicate questions, concerns or issues, and suggests resolutions to the team lead."
