We are hiring for one of our reputed clients in the fresh produce & cold chain logistics industry based in Ahmedabad.

Position: Payroll Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0-1 years in payroll processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing
• Ensure accurate salary disbursement and statutory deductions
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee master data
• Process PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and other compliance requirements
• Collaborate with HR and Accounts for payroll-related matters
• Manage reimbursements, advances, and full & final settlements

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce, HR, or relevant field
• 0-1 years of payroll experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software (Tally, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
• Familiar with statutory compliance and labor laws
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
