Payroll & Compliance Executive

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience, your role will involve ensuring timely adherence to statutory and labour compliances for all employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with various regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, etc. - Maintaining updated compliance registers and documentation as per legal and organizational requirements - Preparing and submitting monthly and annual compliance reports to internal stakeholders and authorities - Supporting audits and coordinating with consultants or regulatory bodies for labour-related inspections - Managing employee data processing while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy - Staying updated on labour laws and compliance amendments to ensure proactive implementation To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - A graduate degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field - Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance frameworks - Proficiency in Excel and data processing tools - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Good written and verbal communication skills Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have: - Experience working in a corporate or consulting environment handling multiple entities or client accounts - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This position is based in Mumbai, and preference will be given to candidates already located there or willing to relocate.,
