Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Senior Payroll Specialist at Agarwal & Dhandhania. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll administration, processing payroll, handling payroll taxes, and addressing garnishments. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring accurate payroll calculations, compliance with tax regulations, and providing payroll services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with Australian Labor laws and superannuation requirements
• Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Enter and manage purchase orders and supplier bills in the accounting system
• Calculate leave entitlements, permissions, and other employee benefits in line with company policy and statutory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits
• Manage general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required
