Payments Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing transaction processing, client support, reconciliation, compliance, and team management. Your key responsibilities include: - Supervising and validating daily deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. - Ensuring correct allocation of client funds and resolving unmatched transactions. - Approving high-value or sensitive requests following company controls. - Handling escalated issues related to funding transactions. - Coordinating with Finance to resolve unmatched or pending transactions. - Ensuring all funding activities comply with AML/KYC and internal policies. - Identifying and escalating suspicious activities or breaches. - Maintaining proper records and logs for audits and compliance checks. - Ensuring timely task execution and monitoring team performance. - Improving operational processes for better efficiency and accuracy. Your performance will be measured based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Deposit Processing Time, Withdrawal Completion Rate, Transaction Accuracy Rate, Client Complaint Rate (Funding Related), Reconciliation Discrepancies, Team SLA Adherence, and Compliance Incidents. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. - Proficiency in funding workflows, reconciliation practices, and client account handling. - Experience with trading and back-office systems such as MT4/MT5 and CRMs. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred attributes include experience in a high-volume transaction environment, knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CySEC, FCA, FSCA), and multilingual abilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
