PAYMENTS MANAGER (INDIA) As the Starlink’s payments owner in India, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of payment processing and payment risk operations in India. This is a broad and varied role that includes being responsible for all aspects of payments including product, operations and data. The role may, over time, expand to include regional/global focus. Responsibilities Monitor payment success rates, fraud rates, settlement, and reconciliation data on a daily/weekly basis. Perform root cause analysis on active payment issues and work with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer support and external payment providers to resolve. Respond to incoming disputes, chargebacks, requests for information, and other external payment inquiries. Lead complex projects to implement opportunities for payments growth, cost optimization, new method launch and process improvements.
