                                Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Project Management lifecycle. This includes effectively communicating with Partners, Business, and Senior Management. You will manage Program scope, change process, implementation, testing, defect triage, release, training, simulation, and rollout planning. Additionally, you will provide periodic reporting of progress, milestones, and updates to the tech management and stakeholders. Collaboration with Business Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other Technology teams will be essential.  Key Responsibilities: - Understand Business requirements and translate them into vendor-specific documents - Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis, and contribute to decision-making for issue prioritization - Coordinate with vendors on Issues/Defect Resolution - Support all testing phases and relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) including SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning, and integrations - Perform Impact assessments of Change Requests on Implemented products and facilitate Production deployments - Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users - Manage Key stakeholders during Business process interactions and reviews - Manage Technology stakeholders for deployments - Manage Conflicting requirements - Optimize technology solution delivery based on business requirements, existing applications, latest technology trends, total cost to operate, scalability, and stability - Provide innovative approaches to Business problems by utilizing existing applications/recommending enhancements - Prioritize changes and conduct end-to-end impact assessments & implementation in line with business objectives/priorities - Coordinate Testing and Release - Work with team members participating in backup and training activities - Adhere to the bank's operational risk policy and internal functions and work practices as per policy, compliance, and procedures of the organization  Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Postgraduate - 12+ years of experience in relevant areas - Knowledge of Banking domain is a must - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Experience of working in large-scale transformation Projects involving Process optimization and changes - Good verbal and written communication, including the ability to prepare system documentation - Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend an approach - Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment - Ability to document integration and detailed design specs for large-scale banking applications - Working knowledge and experience in designing distributed applications - Working knowledge and experience in deploying and exposing APIs using API Connect,
