Role:

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency/Skills)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Should have worked for gathering and analyzing business requirements for at least one of the banking systems and processes such as Core Banking systems, banking products such as savings account, deposits, loans, Payment Gateway Integration, etc
Should have worked in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution in Functional areas like SWIFT processing, Clearing systems like NACH/NACHA, RTGS-CHAPS etc., payment types like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Cheques etc.)
Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs.

Good to Have

In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
Comprehensive experience in Banking & Financial services with exposure in Payments products implementations, Core banking system implementations (large programs) in space of Transaction Banking business
Hand-on experience of Payments or Cash Management products
