Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payment Recovery Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Payment Recovery Specialist will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments from clients. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to resolve payment issues, negotiating payment plans, and coordinating with the insurance team to validate claims. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of payment recovery activities and collaborating with the training team to ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic Accounting & Finance knowledge
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• 0-2 yeras of experience in Payment Recovery 
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
