Role Description

The Payment Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships, overseeing account management, fostering new and existing partnerships, and leveraging analytical skills to drive business development. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and growth.


Core Focus Areas

  • Partner identification, onboarding, and relationship management
  • Negotiation of commercial and operational terms
  • Oversight of daily operations, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics
  • Collaboration with product, compliance, finance, and support teams
  • Data-driven insights to improve partner efficiency and satisfaction


Ideal Profile

  • 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or operations (fintech, payments, or financial services)
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems - local rails, payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, card networks
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Process-oriented with excellent negotiation and relationship skills
