Payment Lifecycle Manager

Job Description

Oversee daily payment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and reduce operational risks. Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights to improve payment operations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners on payment operations performance and strategic initiatives. Communicate complex data and operational concepts in a clear and concise manner. Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing payment systems and processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with payment processes. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in payment operations, with a proven track record in data analysis and project management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects. Knowledge of payment industry regulations and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Experience with payment processing systems and technologies. Master s degree preferred. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
