Reporting to:

Technical Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Payment Collection Executive to join our team and play a vital role in recovering outstanding debts. You will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely payments are received. This is a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and prioritize overdue accounts.
Contact customers by phone, email, or mail and through direct meeting at customers place to discuss outstanding balances.
Explain collection policies and procedures to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Negotiate and establish realistic payment plans with customers.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Update account records and track collection progress.
Escalate delinquent accounts to supervisors for further action when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to fair debt collection practices.

Qualifications:

Any Degree
Must have a Bike
Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of collections laws and regulations (a plus)
