Description

We are seeking a dedicated Payment Collection professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the payment collection process, ensuring that our clients payments are received in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the payment collection process for various clients.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment from customers.
Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve any payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing and resolve any issues.
Prepare and present reports on the status of collections to management.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in payment collection or accounts receivable roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet collection targets.
Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in payment collections.
