Patient Relation Officer

As a Patient Relations Coordinator, your role involves handling patient inquiries and grievances to enhance service quality and the overall patient experience. Your responsibilities include: - Handling and resolving patient grievances professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and feedback. - Providing patients with information on hospital procedures, billing, insurance, and amenities. - Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions. - Coordinating with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow. - Promoting a patient-centric culture through effective communication. - Providing regular updates to patients and families regarding procedures or waiting times. - Handling and escalating patient concerns or complaints tactfully and promptly. - Monitoring patient satisfaction through feedback and follow-up communication. - Supporting patients in navigating their hospital journey. - Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Bachelor's degree is required. This is a full-time position with shift availability in night shift required and day shift preferred. The work location is in person.
