Patient Coordinator — VinsFertilityAbout the role: Frontline point of contact for fertility patients—guiding them from first inquiry to treatment completion with empathy, accuracy, and speed. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls/WhatsApp/leads; qualify, counsel, and book appointments Explain IVF/IUI/Surrogacy services, packages, and next steps (non-medical counseling) Coordinate with doctors, labs, and finance/legal teams for smooth case flow Maintain CRM: update follow-ups, track conversions, and daily MIS Manage reports, estimates, invoices, and document checklists Ensure exceptional patient experience: reminders, feedback, and escalation handling Requirements: Graduate (science/health background preferred) 0–2 years in healthcare counseling/sales/support (freshers welcome) Strong English & Hindi; clear, empathetic communication Comfortable with CRM/Google Sheets/Email; fast typing & organized Skills We Love Empathy, patience, persuasion, problem-solving, confidentiality, and ownership.
