Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate departments. Maintain and update patient records and databases accurately. Ensure accurate entry of billing information and maintain confidentiality of patient financial data. Address and resolve patient and visitor concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
