Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Drafter based in Ahmedabad. The Patent Drafter will be responsible for drafting patent applications, conducting relevant research, and ensuring technical accuracy. Other responsibilities include collaborating with inventors and legal teams, performing patent searches, and assisting in the prosecution of applications. The successful candidate will play a vital role in protecting intellectual property by working on a wide range of technologies and innovations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Patent Drafting, including claim preparation and specification documentation.
• Strong technical research and analysis skills to support patent applications and related tasks.
• Attention to detail, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure the accuracy of technical documents.
• Understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations, especially in regard to patent prosecution and litigation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with inventors, legal teams, and clients.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into concise and clear patent applications.
• Educational background in engineering, science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in patent drafting or intellectual property management is a strong advantage.
