We are seeking talented patent engineers/agents to draft high-quality patent applications meeting the filing standards in India, US, EPO, and other jurisdictions. Domain expertise in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunication, and Electrical, fields is pivotal.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Drafting Specialist at M&P IP Protectors. The role involves daily tasks related to drafting and preparing patent applications for India, US, and EU jurisdictions. The specialist will work closely with clients and attorneys to ensure accurate and effective patent drafting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in patent drafting
• Strong knowledge of Patent Law in India, US, and EU jurisdictions
• Experience in drafting and preparing patent applications
• Proficiency in conducting patent research and analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
• Patent Agent certification is a plus
