We're Hiring: Patent & Trademark Paralegal

Location: Hybrid / Remote

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in filing and prosecution of trademark and patent applications (India & International)
• Draft responses to examination reports, oppositions, and legal notices
• Conduct basic trademark searches and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate records and handle client correspondence
• Manage trademark filings, docketing, renewals, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in IP law (law firm or in-house)
• Working knowledge of Indian Trademark Rules, Madrid Protocol, and patent filing procedures
• Familiarity with docketing tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

This is a hybrid/remote position, offering flexibility while working with a collaborative and passionate team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Trademarks and Copyright Law
• Experience in Patent Law and the ability to manage patent-related documentation and filings
• Proficiency in handling Docketing and organization of multiple deadlines
• Understanding of Due Diligence processes with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in IP management software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred
• Experience in handling IP portfolios, with a focus on patents and trademarks, is considered an advantage
