Patent & Trademark Paralegal

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in

  filing and prosecution

  of trademark and patent applications (India & International)
• Draft responses to

  examination reports

  , oppositions, and legal notices
• Conduct

  basic trademark searches

  and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate records and handle

  client correspondence

• Manage

  trademark filings

  ,

  docketing

  , renewals, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in IP law (law firm or in-house)
• Working knowledge of

  Indian Trademark Rules

  ,

  Madrid Protocol

  , and

  patent filing procedures

• Familiarity with

  docketing tools

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

This is a hybrid/remote position, offering flexibility while working with a collaborative and passionate team.
