Evaluate and implement new middleware tools and technologies as part of continuous improvement and modernization efforts. Proactively manage log and monitoring integrations (e.g. with Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus) for observability and alerting. Represent the middleware function in technical forums, architecture reviews and project planning meetings. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: A minimum of 10+ years' of hands on experience on Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, NGINX (Equivalent) Working knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and network fundamentals . Experience in Java-based application deployments and JVM Tuning Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) preferred Strong communication and cross-functional skills.
