As a Pastry Chef at Yellow Rose, you will be part of the founding team of our minimalist, vegetarian, modern bakery caf in Faridabad. We believe in flavor over flash, quiet elegance over noise, and craft over convenience. Your role will involve creating and executing a menu of contemporary, clean, and seasonal bakery items, carrying out pre-launch and post-launch trials, experimenting with minimalistic aesthetics, and shaping the identity of the caf with the founding team. You will also be responsible for training junior staff and maintaining standards from day one.
