Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, Mousse, all Desserts according to café standards and recipes
  • Develop new and seasonal pastry items in collaboration with the head chef or café manager
  • Ensure all items are prepared and presented with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section and kitchen area
  • Monitor ingredient stocks and assist in ordering supplies when needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Work efficiently during peak hours and manage time effectively
  • Occasionally interact with customers regarding custom orders or special dietary needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
