Job Description

Zooper India Trampoline Park is seeking a friendly, proactive and organized Customer Relations cum Party Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing birthday parties and group events. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth party execution and maintaining high service standards across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations

• Welcome and engage guests warmly to ensure a memorable experience

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally

• Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals

• Promote Zooper party packages, memberships and offers to walk-in and existing customers

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for parties, events and feedback

Party & Event Management

• Plan, coordinate and supervise birthday parties, school events and group bookings

• Act as the primary contact for party hosts and guests throughout the event

• Coordinate with floor, operations and F&B teams for seamless execution

• Ensure party areas are prepared, decorated and maintained as per standards

• Manage party schedules, timelines and special guest requests

Operations & Administration

• Support front desk operations during peak hours when required

• Handle bookings, billing & POS transactions.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelinesand service standards

• Assist management with daily reports, party sales tracking and inventory coordination

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate or equivalent (Hospitality / Customer Service background preferred)

• 1–3years experience in customer relations, hospitality or event management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong planning, multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-first mindset with a positive and energetic attitude

• Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, booking software)
