Parts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Inventory management: Ensuring accurate and efficient inventory levels of spare parts to meet demand for maintenance and repair operations. This includes ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking parts.
• Procurement and supply chain: Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to obtain parts, and managing relationships with them.
• Team management: Supervising and training a team of parts professionals, delegating tasks, and managing performance.
• Sales and customer service: Selling parts, handling customer issues and complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and strategy: Preparing sales reports and developing promotional campaigns to drive parts sales.
• Operational oversight: Overseeing parts shipment, handling replacements, and resolving inconsistencies in purchase orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
