Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and sales.
Customer Service: Handle parts inquiries and resolve issues for customers.
Coordination: Liaise with service/maintenance teams to fulfill parts needs and assist technicians with identification.
Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, track deliveries, and source new vendors.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, maintain organized storage, and prevent shortages.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and inventory.
Sales Support: Proactively sell parts and support sales goals.
