Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management

Inward & Outward Operations

• Handle daily

  inward invoices

  and verify stock received.
• Generate

  Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)

  and update systems.
• Prepare and manage

  outward dispatches

  , packing, and shipping logs.

Logistics & Vendor Coordination

Billing & Documentation

Spare Parts & System Knowledge

Reporting & Tools

• Use

  Excel

  and

  Google Sheets

  for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports as needed.
