Partnership Development Associate

About the Role

InternNation Knowledge Tours is seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Partnership Development Associates. The selected candidates will play a key role in expanding our network of partner institutions and driving meaningful collaborations that promote experiential learning through educational tours across India.

• This role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, persuasive, and passionate about creating impact in the education and youth development space.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce

  InternNation Knowledge Tours

  .
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with principals, trustees, and institutional decision-makers.
• Strategize and execute outreach campaigns to onboard partner institutions and achieve monthly partnership targets.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and virtual sessions to showcase the value and benefits of educational tours.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate collaboration terms, and ensure successful onboarding and engagement of institutions.
• Maintain an active database of leads, partnerships, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or partnership management (preferably in education, travel, or training sectors).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proven experience in achieving sales or partnership targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
