Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pathankot for a Partner Veer position at Bajaj Life. The Partner Veer will be responsible for relationship management with insurance consultants and associates, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. The role involves training and motivating partners, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies for customer acquisition and satisfaction. The Partner Veer will also engage in recruitment, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies while providing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Relationship Management, Client Service, and Partner Development
• Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Target Achievement
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and lead small teams effectively
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategies
• Experience in the insurance sector or financial services is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
