Job Summary:

Senior Patent Professional

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patent portfolios, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications, and providing strategic IP insights to support R&D and business units.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in

  Mechanical Engineering

  or related discipline
• Minimum

  12-15 years

  of experience in patent-related roles, preferably with a law firm
• Qualified Indian Patent Agent
• Demonstrated experience managing patent portfolios and supervising technical IP professionals
• Experience in mechanical sub-domains such as automotive systems, robotics, manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial machinery
• Exposure to

  patent litigation and opposition matters

• Strong understanding of global IP laws and procedures
