Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue through partner-led customer acquisition and channel management. Enable partners and ensure TTL support across functions including sales, solutions, collections, and finance. Maintain partner manpower (FOS) stability and manage attrition. Conduct monthly business planning with active partners before the 8th of every month. Build partner capabilities through regular training and enablement sessions. Support partners in large deal closures and strategic account planning. Lead demand generation and customer engagement programs. Ensure adherence to channel policies and operational processes. Present solution offerings with architects to increase EPPC (Existing Product per Customer). Develop high-value strategic accounts and enhance channel partner ROI. Monitor regional competition and provide actionable insights.
