Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term, high-impact relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Manage strategic alliances with key partners, including

    Talkdesk, Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoho, and Vonage

    , across global and regional levels.
  • Define partner program requirements and coordinate internal teams and resources to meet them effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through partner channels and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design and execute joint strategies, offerings, and campaigns with partners to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on partner product roadmaps to identify early access and beta participation opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to create co-branded collateral, thought leadership content, and jointly hosted events and webinars.
  • Represent SMS-Magic at partner conferences, summits, and events to strengthen relationships and promote brand visibility.
  • Act as the primary liaison between SMS-Magic and its partners to ensure alignment on business priorities and mutual goals.

  • Provide ongoing training and enablement support to partner sales teams on SMS-Magics solutions and value proposition.
  • Lead partner-driven sales efforts, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure partner compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements in coordination with internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 6+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Relationship Management

    : Proven ability to build and grow long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Acumen

    : Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strategic Thinking

    : Ability to create and implement effective partner growth strategies.
  • Communication

    : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy

    : Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Global Exposure

    : Experience working with international partners is a plus.
