Pre-Project Responsibilities
1. Partner Profile Page Management & Regular Updating
o Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Partner Management to identify the most suitable partner based on customer needs, domain expertise, and capacity.
o Validate partner readiness, capability, and prior implementation success with solutions.
2. Partner Enablement & Readiness
o Ensure selected partners are fully enabled on implementation framework, delivery standards, and success criteria.
o Conduct pre-project briefings to align on methodology, documentation, escalation protocols, and success metrics.
3. Proposal & Solution Alignment
o Review partner implementation proposals to confirm alignment with product best practices and customer objectives.
o Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities between , the Partner, and the Customer.
4. SOW & Agreement Governance
o Oversee the creation and finalization of the Statement of Work and associated agreements, ensuring they reflect defined scope, success criteria, and accountability standards.
o Confirm alignment between commercial commitments, delivery expectations, and customer outcomes.
Post-Project Responsibilities
1. Project Kick-off & Success Criteria
o Colead the project kick-off with customer and partner teams to align on project vision, objectives, KPIs, governance cadence, and escalation paths.
o Reinforce customer success criteria and define how project success will be measured.
2. Project Governance & Cadence
o Establish a regular operating cadence with the partner and customer to track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
o Monitor delivery quality, proactively address risks, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
3. Solution Review & Iterations
o Review solution design and delivery progress to ensure adherence to standards and customer expectations.
o Facilitate design or delivery iterations where gaps are identified to maintain quality and scope integrity.
4. Partner Performance & Feedback Loop
o Capture learnings, feedback, and performance metrics post delivery to inform partner evaluations and enablement programs.
o Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices across the partner ecosystem.
