Role Overview: As a Partner in the New Economy Group (NEG) within the Wholesale Banking department, your main responsibility will be the acquisition and relationship management of growth+ stage startups. You will play a crucial role in engaging with decision-makers, building long-term relationships, and delivering value beyond transactional banking. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire growth and growth+ stage startups with a market valuation of > 200 Mn USD, focusing on start-ups and digital native businesses. - Proactively engage with decision-makers to build long-term relationships and deliver value beyond transactional banking. - Monitor account activity, track utilization trends, and ensure continued engagement across banking touchpoints. - Drive adoption of a wide range of banking products including business accounts, liquidity management, working capital finance, trade finance, FX solutions, and more. - Implement structured playbooks and engagement models to activate inactive or underutilized accounts and present cross-sell opportunities. - Maintain sector intelligence and work closely with product teams to deliver contextual offerings aligned with business and funding cycles. - Drive internal coordination across various teams and provide structured feedback to inform product enhancements and pricing changes. Qualifications Required: - MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent from a reputed institution. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in acquisition and relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.,
