Role Overview: As a Partner / Director in the Investment Banking team, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee various key responsibilities related to capital raising, equity transactions, stakeholder management, regulatory oversight, strategic advisory, leadership, and market intelligence. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and providing strategic guidance to clients in the financial market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end execution of debt syndication, structured finance, and private equity fund-raising mandates. - Drive pre-IPO placements, IPO planning, and investor readiness initiatives, including valuation, positioning, and capital structuring. - Collaborate with promoters, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance. - Oversee preparation of offer documents, financial models, and statutory disclosures required for capital market transactions. - Advise promoters on strategic business positioning, growth capital strategy, and long-term funding roadmaps. - Build and lead a high-performing investment banking team; develop institutional relationships across banks, funds, and intermediaries. - Track market trends, investor sentiment, and sectoral movements to identify new deal opportunities and optimize client positioning. Qualification Required: - CA/ MBA/ CFA with 15+ years of experience in the field of investment banking.,
