Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cuttack, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of advisors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Key tasks include recruiting, training, and mentoring the advisor team, managing and retaining customer relationships, and promoting insurance products to meet organizational objectives. You will actively participate in marketing activities, conduct sales presentations, and ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Experience in sales, team management, and business development
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and insurance product knowledge
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms for remote collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is advantageous
