Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Partner Acquisition Professional with 5+ years of experience to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing new business partners and channel alliances across regions. The role focuses on building strong partnerships, achieving acquisition targets, and ensuring smooth onboarding and enablement of partners within the education ERP/CRM ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and acquire new partners, resellers, and channel associates to expand the company’s regional presence.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective partners to explain the product suite and partnership models.
  • Facilitate the partner onboarding process, including agreements, documentation, and training.
  • Maintain long-term, growth-focused relationships with partners to ensure consistent business collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, and support) to address partner queries and align strategies.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly targets for partner acquisition and activation.
  • Stay updated on education ERP/CRM trends, competitor offerings, and emerging partnership opportunities.


Requirement
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close partnership or channel agreements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong relationship-building mindset with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Understanding of ERP/CRM products, SaaS models, or education technology solutions is preferred.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner acquisition, channel development, or strategic business alliances.
  • Experience in ERP/CRM or product-based companies is preferred.
  • Exposure to education technology or enterprise software solutions is an added advantage.
