Job Description

Part-Time HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement
strategies to attract top talent
, including active sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
Write engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for future hiring needs.
Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Provide input on hiring strategies and improvements to the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring for diverse roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work independently in a part-time and flexible schedule.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
Experience in HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., onboarding, employee relations) is a bonus.
