Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from parents, providing guidance and resolving queries. Provide counseling support to prospective students, addressing their concerns Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among clients. . Manage customer relationships by providing excellent support via phone, email, or chat. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in adressing concerns, Calling, Cold Calling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Education Industry or related fields. Strong skills in handling Inbound Calls, Outbound Calling, Telephone Handling & Telesales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling sessions with parents.
