The Paint Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the paint shop, ensuring that all painting processes are performed to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of paint shop workers, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing paint processes, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
